How does the 360 Photo Booth system works?

Our 360 Photo Booth’s are created allowing camera rotation technology to recreate the bullet time effect seen in movies. Then the content shot is going through dedicated software to provide a comprehensive rendition in real time.

What is the capacity of the platform in terms of people?

It depends on the platform size. Our smallest platform can support up to 2 people, the most popular medium-sized platform can accommodate up to 4 people, and the largest platform can hold up to 7 people in total. You can let us know how many people you want on the platform, and we will assist accordingly.

Is it possible to adjust the rotation direction and speed?

Yes, we provide complete support for changing the rotation speed and direction, This was you can easily adapt and adjust everything according to your requirements.

Is there any specific requirement when it comes to how much space is needed?

We require at least 10 ft. x 10 ft. However, the recommended space is 15 ft. x 15 ft. for optimal results.

What are the power requirements?

Our 360 platforms require 240v. Additionally, the motor is usually drawing just a few amps at its peak.

Is it possible to change the camera height?

All our booths come with a dedicated arm that allows for camera height adjustment, providing flexibility to change the camera location based on your specific needs.

How many staff members are required to operate the booth?

Generally, a single staff member is sufficient for small events, while two staff members are recommended for larger scale events.

How much time does it take to set up the 360 booth?

Setup usually takes around 30 minutes, sometimes event less than that but we recommend providing access 1 hour before the event starts to ensure proper setup of lighting, branding, and internet connectivity etc.

What can I charge for a 360 booth rental?

The rental fee can vary depending on your needs and area. However, most events can command £300-£600 per event. It can earn you money back on the product fast.

Are there any recommendations for events, aside from the 360 booth?

It’s a very good idea to acquiring things like stanchions, dedicated lighting, and a reliable internet connection, and adding props and confetti to enhance the experience. Our LED ring light is a great tool for brightness control, and our LED stand lights provide excellent ambient lighting.

How much time will it take for the 360 booth to be delivered?

The 360 booth shipped from the UK and takes around 1-3 business days to deliver with 1-3 business days for processing, otherwise the express delivery takes around 3-7 business days. We recommend not scheduling any events until the booth is in your possession. Delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days after payment, so please contact us for more information.

Do you offer any warranty?

Yes, every 360 booth is covered by a full 1 year warranty of motors and parts, it does not include wear and tear.
