1.How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The processing time will take 1 to 3 business days, after shipping the delivery is NEXT DAY service from the UK Warehouse. Our free option normally takes 7 to 14 business days, while the express shipping normally takes 3 to 7 business days by air freight and 30 to 60 business days by sea freight. If you are located overseas, it may take 10 to 14 business days for your item to arrive by air freight and you may enquire about sea freight, and you should be aware that there may be import taxes that apply to your purchase. Please ensure to check this before placing your order. Please note that we will not be responsible if you do not receive your item in time for an event you have booked due to any reason. Therefore, if you have an event scheduled, it is recommended that you discuss realistic delivery time frames with us to avoid any potential issues.

2.Returns & Exchanges

Since PT MOTION EVENTS is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted, as bespoke items cannot be returned. However, in certain cases, we may consider a return if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If approved, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.

3.Warranty

PT MOTION EVENTS offers a full 1 year warranty that covers any defects or faults resulting from manufacturing issues in the platform parts, flight case, and motor. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear. If you experience any problems with the product, please contact support immediately to discuss the issue.

4.Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 5 business days.
